Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and CLIPTALY ("Cliptaly", "we", "us") for the use of the Cliptaly Android app and the website cliptaly.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use Cliptaly

You must be at least 18 years old and able to make a binding contract under Indian law. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account.

2. What Cliptaly does

Cliptaly turns a script you write into a video, using AI to create scenes, images, voice and captions. Styles and lengths available in the app may change over time.

3. Your content

• You keep ownership of your scripts and the videos made from them.
• You give us permission to store and process your scripts only to make your videos and run the Service.
• You confirm that you have the right to use everything in your script, and that your script does not break any law or anyone else's rights.

4. Things you must not do

You must not use Cliptaly to create or share content that:

• is illegal, threatening, harassing, hateful or promotes violence;
• is sexual content involving minors, or sexually explicit content of any kind;
• pretends to be a real person, or creates fake or misleading videos of real people without their consent;
• spreads false information that could cause harm, including about elections or public health;
• copies other people's copyrighted work, trademarks or private information without permission.

You must also not try to break, overload, copy or reverse engineer the Service, cheat the free preview or ad system, or use more than one account to get extra free previews. We may block scripts, remove videos or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. AI-generated results

Videos are made by AI and may contain mistakes, odd images or wrong pronunciation. Please watch your video before you publish it. You are responsible for how you use and share your videos, including following the rules of YouTube, Instagram and other platforms. Where the law or a platform requires it, label your video as AI-generated.

6. Plans, credits and payments

• Free: after watching ads, free users can make a limited number of low-resolution preview videos with a watermark each day.
• One-video payment: you pay once for a single HD video without a watermark. The price is shown before you pay.
• Subscriptions: monthly plans give you a set number of credits each month, no ads and other benefits shown in the app. Credits reset at each renewal and unused credits do not carry forward. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• All payments are made through Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel them in Google Play. Prices include applicable taxes for India and may change; we will tell you before a price change affects your subscription.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7. Video storage

Your finished video is kept on our servers for 24 hours so you can download it to your gallery. After that it is deleted and cannot be recovered.

8. Changes and availability

We may change, add or remove features, and the Service may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may update these Terms; if a change is important, we will tell you in the app or by email. Using the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using Cliptaly and delete your account at any time. Remember to cancel any subscription in Google Play. We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms or the law.

10. Disclaimer and limit of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we do not promise that it will always work without errors, or that videos will meet your needs. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost income, followers or data.

11. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction. Please contact us first so we can try to solve any problem quickly.
