Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Cliptaly account (app by CLIPTALY) and the data linked to it.
How to ask for deletion
- Send an email to hello@cliptaly.com from the email address you use to sign in to Cliptaly.
- Use the subject: Delete my account.
- We will reply to confirm, and delete your account within 7 days.
Important: if you have a subscription, cancel it first in the Google Play Store (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Cliptaly → Cancel). Deleting your account does not stop Google Play billing.
What we delete
- Your account, email address and sign-in details
- Your profile (name, language)
- Your scripts and video history
- Your credits and free preview records
- Any videos still stored on our servers
What we keep, and for how long
- Purchase and tax records (order ID, product, amount, date): kept for up to 8 years because Indian tax and accounting laws require it.
- Crash reports and analytics that do not identify you: kept by Firebase for a limited time under Google's retention settings.
Unused credits are lost when your account is deleted and cannot be refunded. Deletion cannot be undone.
